For the final quarter of 2021 we head to Gettysburg, PA and meet Jeff Beard and his 150. Jeff bought the plane in Indiana when he was a student pilot in 2008. Over the years he added a radio, overhauled the engine, and had the airplane repainted. His plane is getting newer all the time, and we like that. Jeff also got his Private Pilot Certificate, has flown his airplane all over the several adjoining states, and flew to Iowa for the Cessna 150-152 Fly-In, three times! We really like that. You can read all about Jeff and his nifty 150 in the Winter edition of The Beacon. Congrats Jeff for being selected as our Airplane of the Quarter.

Registration for the 2023 Cessna 150-152 Fly-In will open on January 1st | Welcome to our home on the World Wide Web. This is the official website for the Cessna 150-152 Club, the "Best type club in general aviation." Since 1980 the Cessna 150-152 Club has been the place to go for information about the Cessna 150 and 152. In these pages you will find the latest news, social information about our club, and technical information about each model of the Cessna 150 and 152. From photos, to STCs, to light bulbs, it's all here. We also have a very active forum where you can post your adventures, or have your maintenance questions answered by people who own and maintain these wonderful aircraft. We have fun with our little airplanes too. Information about Fly Outs, group get togethers, and the annual Cessna 150-152 Fly-In can be found right here. Some of the stuff is free, but only members get the technical stuff, and it's well worth the price of admission. To join the club, click on the Join Us button below. |
